WATER FED POLE
Our high reach, water fed pole system allows us to clean windows and frames, uPVC facades, glass roofs and cladding up to 75 feet from the ground without the need for expensive cherry pickers or cradles.
Our vehicles carry the water tanks and the cleaning equipment, and we only ever using de-ionised water to ensure the best clean possible. It’s also environmentally friendly, with absolutely no additives used in the process.
TRADITIONAL
As well as the water fed pole, we offer a traditional window cleaning service for those on a smaller budget with less challenging requirements, also used by residential customers.
We use microfibre cleaning sleeves, designed for their effective removal of dirt, which are fitted onto a handheld bar and soaked in water mixed with a window cleaning solution and applied to the glass. Once the soapy water has been removed, any water runs are wiped up with a dry, microfibre cloth for optimum results.
ABSEILING
Using industrial rope access, abseiling is the window cleaning method for those with towering buildings, including high office blocks, residential flats and penthouses.
Our staff are IRATA trained – the leading authority for industrial rope access – to deliver a safe solution to high level cleaning and maintenance of windows, facades and structural framework, without causing damage or disruption.
BMU CRADLES
For high buildings where regular maintenance is required, a BMU cradle or powered trolley system offers an economic solution for commercial window cleaning
Simple Clean has specialist cradle insurance with no height restrictions, as well as specially cradle-trained window cleaning teams.
MEWPs (CHERRY PICKERS)
For customers with very tall buildings that have access limitations, we use our mobile elevated working platforms or cherry pickers. This gives us the flexibility to move around easily without compromising health and safety regulations.
You can rest assured our technicians are fully-trained and hold an International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) certificate.
